Mayor Charlene Glancy was elected Mayor/Commissioner in August 2008. Mayor Glancy previously served on the City's Code Enforcement Board and Charter Review Advisory Committee, and is the current Vice President of the  Women's Club of Casselberry.  Mayor Glancy has been a licensed realtor and property manager for over 18 years.  She and her husband, Dan, have been Casselberry residents since 1997.

Commissioner Colleen S. Hufford was unopposed for reelection in 2008 and is currently serving her second term. She previously served on the City’s Planning and Zoning Commission for four years, and was the Chair in 2003 and Vice Chair in 2004. Commissioner Hufford is also President of Friends of the Park and a member of the Casselberry Chamber of Commerce.

Commissioner Susan Doerner is in her second term on the City Commission, serving since she was first elected in 2002. She is a former member of the City’s Planning & Zoning Commission, former Chairman of Friends of the Park, and has served on the Seminole County Code Enforcement Board. The Commissioner trains support staff for a regional hospital, and has lived in the City since 1996.

Commissioner Jon Miller was elected to his first term in November 2006, and is a Field Representative for U.S. Congressman Ric Keller.  He is a former Chairman of the City's Board of Adjustment, served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Central Florida, was active in the Salvation Army's Family Focus Program, and is a member of the Casselberry Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Casselberry.  Commissioner Miller and his wife, Alice, have a son named Luke and a daughter named Brooke.

Commissioner Sandra Solomon was elected to her first term in November 2006. She was a teacher in the Seminole County School system for 35 years, taught speed reading and study skills for several years at Seminole Community College, and has been a property manager for the past 20 years. She is a past President of the Carriage Hill Community Association, and a member of the Rotary Club of Casselberry and the Casselberry Chamber of Commerce.
