Water Truck

The Distribution and Collection Division is responsible for the operation and maintenance of:

  • The water distribution system piping, valves and hydrants
  • Sanitary sewer mains and manholes
  • Reclaimed water distribution system piping and valves 
  • The pressure force mains from the wastewater pumping (lift) stations

Within this division is the Cross Connection Control Section, responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the backflow prevention devices designed to prevent contaminates from entering the drinking water system.
