Lakes Management Advisory Board
The Lakes Management Advisory Board's primary duties are to provide citizen input to and assist with the preparation and finalization of the City's Lakes Management Plan and to make recommendations regarding on-going surface water resource policies.

The Lakes Management Advisory Board consists of a minimum five and maximum ten-member board appointed by the City Commission. The board members must be City residents and remain City residents during the duration of their appointment (two-year terms). No more than two members of the Board may own and/or live on lake front property along the same lake. Of the ten positions, five members are not required to own or live on lake front property. Ex Officio memberships may be offered to the following State agencies: Florida Department of Environmental Protection; Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission; and St. Johns River Water Management District.

The Lakes Management Board meets the first Wednesday of every quarter at 7:00 p.m.
