Overview
The Planning and Zoning Division is responsible for articulating the growth management goals and objectives of the City via the City's Comprehensive Plan; maintaining the Unified Land Development to implement the goals within the Comprehensive Plan; directing the development review process to ensure that the physical development within the City of Casselberry is consistent with its development standards; and informing the general public, land development professionals and realtors regarding the zoning for various parcels of land, the permitted land uses, and the dimensional standards within a particular zoning district.
