Missing Utility Bill

All utility bills are produced and mailed monthly within a 28 to 32 day billing schedule. Payment of the monthly balance due is required even if a customer has not received a utility bill.  Failure to remit the balance due can result in service interruption if payment is not received by the due date.

What if I didn't receive my bill?

Customers can obtain the balance due in one of two ways:

Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public-records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
