Customers anticipating not utilizing water and sewer services for 3 months or more may request that their account be placed on vacation status by contacting Utility Customer Service by visiting the customer service desk at City Hall located at:

95 Triplet Lake Dr
Casselberry, FL 32707

Customers may also contact a Utility Customer Service Representative at (407) 262-7700, Option 4.

This service is available Monday through Thursday only.

Please note, there is a $15.00 service fee for each request.
