The Utility Customer Service area is responsible for providing prompt and courteous customer service either by telephone or in person to all City of Casselberry utility customers and potential customers. This is accomplished by the following: 

·        Answer any billing questions and resolve billing issues.

·        Start and terminate utility accounts upon request.

·        Monitor consumption for each customer to ensure no abuse of water usage or to advise customers if there is a possible leak situation.

·        Resolve customer issues in a courteous and tactful manner and by producing field service orders to repair and maintain water meters and meter boxes when necessary.

Pay by Phone System Maintenance
Routine maintenance on the Pay by Phone system will be performed on Friday, October 6, 2017 from 12:00am until 6:00am. During the maintenance window, the phone payment option may experience intermittent interruptions while updates are applied.

Estimated Meter Readings
Due to the extensive damage caused by Hurricane Irma, many meters have become inaccessible.  As a result, the City may need to estimate monthly meter reading until the debris has been removed.  Debris removal is currently underway and is expected to be completed within the next 30-60 days.  Check the City website for updated information.


E-billing
Beginning on July 1, 2017, customers will now have the option to receive an E-bill.  Simply login to your online account and register.  For further information please call Customer Service at 407-262-7700, option 4.

The City of Casselberry has enhanced the online utility payment system to allow utility customers the ability to make payments, establish recurring auto payments, view statements, review usage, and more.

All utility payments received after 4:00 p.m. will be posted to accounts the next business day.

Casselberry utility customers can choose one of several free and convenient methods to pay utility bills.

Credit Card (Anytime)
Pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover by using the Online Payment Service.  Customers can use the Online Payment Service to make a one time payment or schedule monthly automatic payments.

Metered water is the property of the customer and it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that all hose bibs, showers, appliances, faucets, etc. inside and outside the dwelling are turned off to avoid flooding.
