The Utilities-Customer Service area is responsible for providing prompt and courteous customer service either by telephone or in person to all City of Casselberry utility customers and potential customers. This is accomplished by the following:
  • Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and tactful manner and by producing field service orders to repair and maintain water meters and meter boxes when necessary
  • Answer any billing questions and resolve billing issues
  • Start and terminate utility accounts upon request
  • Monitor consumption for each customer to ensure no abuse of water usage or to advise customers of probable leak situation

Casselberry water customers have several convenient methods in which to pay their water bill.
