Paying by Phone
The City of Casselberry has implemented a Utility Billing Pay by Phone System.  This system can be used 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year to fulfill many account holder needs.  Using this system, an account holder can:
  • Make a payment
  • Check account information
  • Check payment history
  • Check billing history

Be certain to have the account number from the water bill on hand before calling.

To use the Pay by Phone system:

  • Call (407) 262-7700
    • Select Option 4 for Utility Customer Service 
      • Select Option 1 to enter the Pay by Phone system
        • Select Option 2 if paying by credit card
          • Select Option 1 for payment options
          • Select Option 2 for account information
          • Select Option 3 for payment history
          • Select Option 4 for billing history
          • Select Option 0 to speak with a customer service representative

Live Customer Service Representatives are available during regular business hours.

Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public-records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
