On-Line Utility Payments
Welcome to tour NEW & IMPROVED On-Line Payment Site For Utility Bills
You will now have more access to your Utility account with our new and improved site. You can view your payment and billing history as well as consumption history in addition to making a payment. If you require assistance, please call Customer Service at (407) 262-7700, prompt #4.

To begin using this new service:
  1. You must have e-mail.
  2. Find your account number on your utility bill; it must be entered exactly as it appears on your bill (example: 12345-6789).
  3. You must register and sign on.
  4. You will create your own PIN number; it must have between 3 and 10 characters and can contain any combination of letters and numbers (remember, it’s case sensitive).
  5. After creating your PIN number, you will receive an e-mail from the registration process. When you open the e-mail, click on the link provided to complete the registration process.
  6. Once you are registered and your account has been enabled, the registration process is complete and you can sign on and use your own PIN.

Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public-records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
