Human Resources designs and manages services that result in the most efficient and effective recruitment, selection and retention of the City's work force. The division administers the City's classification, compensation, and performance evaluation programs. Human Resources coordinates labor relations, maintains official personnel records, develops and administers City employee policies and coordinates employee safety, health and relations programs.

Transparency in Coverage Rule

Under the Transparency in Coverage Rule, plans and issuers are required to disclose in-network provider negotiated rates, historical out-of-network allowed amounts, and drug pricing information through machine-readable files allowing the public access to health coverage information that can be used to understand health care pricing.
