Finding the Zoning of a Property

Zoning determines what land uses are permitted on a property and the size and dimension of buildings.

Section 2-5.3 of the Unified Land Development Regulations (ULDR) lists which uses are permitted within each zoning district.

Section 2-5.4 of the ULDR provides size and dimension criteria.
