Establish a New Water Utility Account

To establish a new water utility account, please provide the following:

• Water Utility Service Application
  • Application for Residential or Commercial Utility Service
• Valid driver’s license or State issued identification card
• Copy of signed lease agreement or copy of closing documents

Deposit

A minimum deposit of $60.00 for water service and $120.00 for sewer service or three times the estimated monthly bill, whichever is greater, is required at the time of installation for most residential customers. The deposit must be paid in advance and cannot be paid online.

Tax

Water is Taxable at 4% in Seminole County and 10% inside City limits and Orange County.
