Important Message Regarding Your Utility Bill

In the most recent billing cycle, some customers may have received a bill that was missing a breakdown of any miscellaneous charges that were incurred during that billing cycle.  Please note the total amount due shown on the bill is the correct amount.  Staff is aware of the issue and is working with the bill printing company to correct the problem for future billing cycles.

If you have any questions regarding your bill, please call the Customer Service Division at (407) 262-7700, then select option 4, followed by option 3 during business hours.  Business hours are Monday – Thursday from 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
