Application for Residential Water Utility Service
The Application for Residential Utility Water Service is required to establish new service with the City of Casselberry. A scanned copy of a signed lease agreement or closing verification from a title agency or warranty deed and driver's license or state issued identification card is required to initiate services.

Important Information

If same day services are needed, all documents and completed application must be submitted IN PERSON before 12:00 p.m. (noon) Monday through Thursday. If an application is submitted after 12:00 p.m., it will be processed the next business day.
GARBAGE COLLECTION IS MANDATORY WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF CASSELBERRY
It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all faucets and washing machine hookups are off and secure. The City of Casselberry shall not be held responsible for any water damage as a result of open faucets or hookups.

Completed forms may be submited here, printed and mailed to P.O. Box 180819, Casselberry, FL 32718-0819, or printed and delivered in person at 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, FL 32707. The deposit must be paid before service will be activated.

Deposit and Application Fee Information

Application Fee
A $30.00 Non-Refundable Application Fee is assessed on all accounts on the first invoice..
Deposit
A minimum deposit of $60.00 for water service and $120.00 for sewer service or three times the estimated monthly bill, whichever is greater, is required at the time of installation for most residential customers. Deposits are refunded to the account after 24 consecutive months of on time payments.
To guarantee the payment of any and all indebtedness for water and/or sewer service and water usage or otherwise, which may be or may become due to the City of Casselberry, (Utilities Division) a municipal corporation of Florida, for water and/or sewer usage and water used at service address. This deposit is made with the express understanding and agreement that all or any part thereof may be applied by the City of Casselberry (Utilities Division) at any time in satisfaction of said guarantee, and that the City of Casselberry (Utilities Division) may use said deposit as fully as if it was the absolute owner thereof. Upon discontinuance of service covered by this deposit and the presentation of this receipt together with proper identification, the City of Casselberry (Utilities Division) agrees to refund to the person lawfully entitled thereto said deposit less any amount then due the City of Casselberry for water, sewer or other service. Refund applies only to that portion of payment made for Guarantee of Account. Customer meter deposits shall accrue interest commencing on the 31st day after initial deposit. Accrued interest shall be forfeited if a customer closes or finals their account at anytime within 180 days from initial deposit. Accrued interest shall be credited to the accounts of continuing customers once each year not to exceed the current interest paid at the City’s depository. When a customer meter deposit has been held by the City over 24 months, it will be refunded in the form of a credit to the customer's account, if customer has maintained a good and timely payment record. This deposit shall in no way be construed to preclude the City of Casselberry (Utilities Division) from discontinuing any and all water and/or sewer service to the premises herein above described in the event of default in payment of any indebtedness for water and/or sewer and all water and/or sewer service to said premises, regardless of whether or not the amount of this deposit is sufficient to cover the amount of such indebtedness.
Once the application has been processed, Customer Service will notify the applicant via email. The deposit must be paid in advance and cannot be paid online.

Terms of Agreement

Terms of Agreement

2. I agree that I am responsible for all charges for utility service at the above address and will continue to be responsible for same until such time as you request termination of service.
3. I agree to follow and abide by all rules for utility service and pay charges in effect as stated on each monthly bill.
4. I am responsible for ensuring all faucets are turned off in the home before the service is established and that the City is not liable for damages caused by water faucets or outlets left on.
5. I understand that if the City needs to return to the property, a $25.00 trip fee will be assessed.
6. I understand that non-payment of my account will result in discontinuation of service.
7. I understand if the City is unable to authenticate the documents I am providing, I may be required to submit the documents in person.
