12. Open Air Food Sales Permit Requirements

    1. Open air food sales, including cart and wagon sales, can be permitted as part of an approved special event, open air sale (including Farmer's Markets), or seasonal sale.
    2. One (1) temporary sign or banner that does not exceed eight (8) square feet in size
    3. All open air food sales shall receive inspection by the appropriate regulatory agencies. Evidence of such inspection must be immediately made available for City inspection upon request.
14. Open Air Food Sales Submittal Checklist

    1. Site plan drawn to scale: location of all required facilities, including adequate traffic control and parking and the proposed layout of the sale, including all temporary structures
    2. Property owner authorization: must be notarized and include the owner's name, phone number, mailing address and the dates for which the approval of land use has been granted
    3. Permit Fee: $10.00 if affiliated with an approved open air sale or seasonal sale, or fee is covered by special event permit if the open air food sale is affiliated with an approved special event

48. Revocation: The Chief of Police, Fire Marshal, Building Official or City Manager, or their designated representatives, shall have the authority to revoke a permit issued hereunder immediately upon violation of any one (1) or more of the code requirements, conditions, or standards of issuance as herein set forth.
50. The applicant's signature acknowledges he/she has read this application, has provided all the information required, and understands that the information provided is the basis for the conditions and standards for the issuance of the open air food sales permit. The applicant further acknowledges that the City has the authority to revoke this permit upon violation of any of the requirements of Chapter 14, Article II, of the Casselberry City Code.
